Prices of conference organization services are dependent on the number of participants and the duration of the conference/training.
They are determined individually with each customer and are subject to an on-going modification.
A rough price list of conference and training services:

  • daily conference room rental = PLN 359/gross
  • coffee break (bottled sparkling and still mineral water, mixed fruit juice, coffee, tea: black and fruit tea, additions: sugar, milk, lemon, and a rich selection of sweet biscuits) = PLN 10.00 gross/person
  • There is a possibility to extend the coffee break and to increase the frequency of serving meals. In order to set up the details, please contact us.
  • two-dish lunch: soup + main course + drink = PLN 35 gross/person

An additional asset of Monika Hotel is a big monitored car park, located outside the hotel and free of charge for our Guests, as well as a beautiful garden with arbours, which makes a perfect meeting place for conference participants.

Monika Hotel’s location in the vicinity of the heart of city centre, railway and bus station, and also an easy access from other urban agglomerations contribute to attractiveness of our offer.
